About Us
Ryan Stiffler brings over 15 years of experience in law enforcement, including three years serving as a dedicated domestic violence investigator. He holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and is currently completing his Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology, with a research focus on recidivism among domestic violence offenders.
A passionate educator and advocate for trauma-informed policing, Ryan has trained countless recruits across Missouri as a law enforcement instructor at multiple police academies. He currently serves full-time as a law enforcement instructor at Lake Career and Technical Center within the Camdenton Public School District. He continues to serve his community as a part-time officer with the Camdenton Police Department.
Ryan’s work is driven by a deep commitment to bridging the gap between survivors, advocates, and the criminal justice system through education, empathy, and evidence-based practice.
